THE IMAGE ABOVE IS A PAID ADVERTISEMENT
Who here has used it? How did it work out for you? Did you have to work out to lose weight? Side effects? Bad interactions with other drugs?

I ask because the wife always has a hard time dropping to a reasonable weight. Right now she is the heaviest I have seen her, with exception to when she was with our son. Its not her weight that bothers me, but the work she puts in without result. Just wanted to see if this might help her on her way.

I would like to warn you against any kind of Homeopatch HCG.

which is what most people have taken.

basically thats code for "only a few drops of HCG, the rest water"

I tried HCG from a compounding pharmacy for awhile. I do not remember the solution makeup.

I was much less hungry but its because i was nauseous.

Have you had kids? was it a rough pregnancy. I don't know if that has ANY bearing on how you will respond to a REAL HCG treatment (not homeopathic HCG)

but It made me nauseous.

if you don't feel bad on it , then I bet you lose some weight!

Cut out grains, dairy, sugar, processed foods and you'll lose weight . Eat as much as uou want of other things.

Shortcuts don't work. Exercising your way to weight loss is difficult, although it helps. Change the knds of foods you eat and the pounds will come off, without starving yourself.

Not even a few drops. A few molecules, IF you're lucky.

Keep in mind that HCG is controlled by the FDA. If you don't have a doctor's prescription, you are not getting any HCG.

The reason the HCG diet works because of a better diet and exercise, not because of the magic water that they give you.

I eat what I want...all of it...that includes sugars and grains and other crap...however––––ALL in moderation!!!
I try to substitute good starches (brown rice and barley over white), drink plenty of water (no soda––-not even diet) and as I said, I do not over indulge.
I lift weights 3x a week in a fairly intense, but modified, work out. (Shoulder/back issues which have been in check for awhile).
I am 5'6", 140-145 pounds and I wear a size 4/6 and I am in my mid 40's.
I have been lifting for 17 years on and off and have textbook blood pressure and my muscle mass comprises most of my weight––-I do NOT look my weight.
I have NEVER taken ANYthing to assist in weight management. (exception of dried protein in smoothies).

I STRONGLY suggest steering clear of all that crap, getting off the couch and training.
If an old broad like me, with a family history of weight and blood pressure issues can do it, anybody can.

It is complete and utter bullshit.

You take the special drops, and oh, only eat 600 calories per day. No shit people are losing weight. It's called starvation.
I'm guessing somewhere between ten and twenty percent of the boys here in GD who read your post are currently beating their dicks to a pulp.

Works for me..Dont listen to people who have not done it or think that just because its only 500 calories and nothing else to it..
And its not " starvation "..you do not starve..at all..if done right.
read up on it..join a message board and talk to people who have actually done it.
I have lost a lot of weight on it.
Just dont waste your money on otc stuff..its not right..
i use injections..

HCG works amazingly well IF the instructions are followed exactly. It's like magic. I recently lost 13 pounds in 13 days via HCG! The problem is that I have other health problems not related to weight which caused me to get very weak on the HCG 500 cal diet So I got off and went to a low carb diet, that also works but not nearly as fast. No special exercise utilized with either. I have a few friends who have lost 30-60 pounds on HCG with no ill effects. But......it is necessary to stay on a low carb diet for life to keep from gaining the weight back.

I know a few women who've done it and had success. The main issue, with this and any other diet, is keeping the weight off. It's not just a diet to lose weight, it's supposed to be a lifestyle change. My mother did the HCG drops about a year ago and developed a lump in her breast. She had to have it removed and the only thing the doctor can think of is the HCG. I'm not sure if there is indeed a link between the two but she has never had that issue before taking the drops. Although she did lose about 20 lbs she gained it back when she returned to her normal diet.
