I've read Black Edelweiss and Seven Days in January and was wondering if there was anything else out there like these?

I'm trying to think. From what I remember, Seven Days in January covers mainly the western campaign.

Although not strictly WWII, Born a Soldier is a good read on Lauri Törni.

The book Twilight of the Gods doesn't cover any of the Finnish war, but they do fight up around Pomerania at the end of the war.

In Deadly Combat also focuses on the Baltic sea area in the Kurland pocket.

And if you haven't read Blood Red Snow, it is a must read.

Forgotten Soldier by Guy Sajer is a good read.

FYI, there is controversy about the accuracy of this book, but it is still a great read.

In the old Time-Life series I remember a Finn mocking the Germans.

"They're not good at murder in the woods"

The US Army put out a historical study in 1951 about combat in that area.  It is a short read, but may be of some value to you.

I found one other interesting US Army publication on this subject.

Leavenworth Papers No. 17:  The Petsamo-Kirkenes Operation: Soviet Breakthrough and Pursuit in the Arctic, October 1944.  Major James F. Gebhardt.  Ft. Leavenworth Kansas: US Army Command and General Staff College, 1989.
