THE IMAGE ABOVE IS A PAID ADVERTISEMENT
What is the name of the German song that goes.

Our armies are thrusting to the east
Into Russian land
Comrades, take your guns!
Victory will be ours
From Finland to the Black sea
Forward! Forward!
Forward to the east, storming army
Freedom is our goal
Victory is our banner
Fuhrer, order us!
We will follow you!

Saw it on ww2 documentary, Apocalypse. Just wondered what this song was called

Thrusting to the east translates to Drang Nach Osten. Dunno if they had a song by that name though.

Try lloking on Amazon at different WW2 music there is severa albums of just Eastern Front stuff it sounds familiar. It might be in one of the Waffen SS albums.
The great moment had come, the turmoil of our feelings was called forth by rage, alcohol, and the thirst for blood
as we stepped out heavily yet irresistiably for the enemies lines.

I like most of it, except the line that refers to a "Fuhrer."
