I live in AZ and i hear this is a class 3 state? what does that mean to me, an average person. what is a class 3 weapon? thanks.

In a nutshell it means you can buy machineguns (transferables only - onlt those made and properly registered before 1986), supressors (silencers), short barreled rifles and shotguns, destructive devices (grenade launchers, etc.), and AOW's (Any Other Weapons - guns not rifles pistols or shotguns - includes disguised guns such as cane guns, camera guns, flashlight guns)
