An illegal semiautomatic assault weapon is defined as a weapon made after 13 Sep 94 which is semiautomatic [;)] with a detachable magazine, and more than one item from the list of evil features. (Legal semiautomatic assault weapons are defined by a list in the law. For purposes here legal semiautomatic assault weapons include all AR15 rifles, including copies or clones, in existence on 13 Sep 94 regardless of features.)
Can't be an illegal semiautomatic assault weapon if it's (1) not semiautomatic or (2) the magazine is not detachable.
An AR15 with a non-detachable magazine can never be an illegal semiautomatic assault weapon regardless of any other features.
An AR15 which is other than semiautomatic can never be an illegal semiautomatic assault weapon regardless of other features.
