No to Cali and Hawaii.
Have to be blocked to 15 rounds for New Jersey. Can't ship to MD (though it's legal to own them there, it's not legal to buy them there - residents have to leave the state to buy, then bring them back in, apparently). Might be more - those are the ones I remember offhand. |
