That one's been in the works for about four years now and was primarily intended to deal with AH1 Cobra Gunships and C-130s surplused out as scrap or for static display at museums, then made airworthy and flown, but could be applied to about any surplus combat vehicle, aircraft or significant equipment.  How do you think the owner of a fully restored P-51 Mustang worth about $1.2 million would feel if he was told to cut his baby up?
