Flash supressors are NOT illegal for "post-ban" semiautomatics.  

They're illegal in post-ban AR15s because the AR15 has a detachable magazine and a pistol grip.   I guess if you remove the pistol grip you can fit one.  If you make the magazine permanent you can have as may "evil features" as you like.

These two criteria are mandatory:  (1) semiautomatic and (2) detachable magazine.  If you don't have either of these two "features" you can never have a legal (or illegal) semiautomatic assault weapon.

You can do whatever you want with a bolt action, it's not semiautomatic.

I have a CZ 527 in 223.  It's a cute little gun with a Mauser style action (big claw), set trigger and detachable magazine.  I've topped it with a VIII 2.5-8X, but the most significant inprovement to my night time feline erradication program has been the shortening of the barrel to 16.5" and the addition of a Vortx.  This is one short little carbine that doesn't blow out your night vision!
