It is illegal to manufacture "assault weapons" under federal law, as of 9/13/94. What do you think?

Maybe he could get a letter from the manufacture stating

LEGALLY IT CAN BE ONLY MADE INTO A "POST-BAN.
YOU COULD IF YOU DO THE BATF REQUEST FORM, BUILD A "SBR" OUT OF IT, ALSO YOU CAN MAKE A AR15 PISTOL OUT OF IT, AS LONG AS IT FALLS UNDER THE PISTOL REQUIREMENTS WILLIAM |
