Legal minds:

Are we seeing enough of a connection between the media, Obama, thug organizations in the recent protests and Soros to make a case for sedition?

Reading the federal wording it sounds like violent or encouraging violent overthrow.   Seems there could be enough relationship established between the above parties to eventually charge all with sedition.  

Help me understand where we are these days.

They are walking up to the line and are getting very close.

'Seditious Conspiracy' is often easier to prove.

They got the one eyed sheik on that in the first attempt on the WTC.
