So my Dad died yesterday.

We had been estranged for about 20 years.

He had an apartment and his older sister had been living with him.

She wants me to have anything I want, but I know neither her nor I are on his lease or have access authority.

I also assume rent is due today.

My question is how soon can the management lock out the property where we will no longer have access?
