Hi,

Quick question. I haven't called an FFL to ask this yet.

I am out of my home state. I wish to sell a gun to a friend in another state.

Can I do a Legal Transfer FFL to FFL when I'm in another state?

You can sell it to him and either ship it to his FFL or you can transport it then transfer. Not sure exactly what you're asking so maybe someone else has a better answer.

What I'm asking:

I am visiting FL from my home state of CO. I want to ship via an FFL to an FFL in MA from FL.  Can I use an FFL to ship to an FFL even though I'm not in my home state?

Yes, you can do this thru an FFL in any state.
