Would a court allow a LLC to file a suit of slander against an individual pro se?

That is a question you would have to ask a lawyer in your state but generally no, because corporations and other artificial entities typically may only appear in court through an attorney.  There are sometimes exemptions for small claims court but again, you would have to ask a lawyer in your state.
