i am in Las Vegas and might be selling a handgun on backpage. In LV we have to have our handguns registered and have blue cards with us. Can someone over 18 but under 21 ship a handgun through an FFL dealer? If so, do any locals know the proper procedure for letting Metro know the handgun has been sold, what do I do with my blue card?

Backpage is for local, face to face sales only.  Their website states this.  If it is not a local sale, it is probably a scam.
