Ok sports fans, I registered with ATF so I can fill out my eform 1. No problem but I am an individual not a trust or government entity. I know I can't e file the form, but how do I down load it in a editable document form ? I have done two other form 1's but that was before they went to the "new way" Thanks I will answer your questions, but this should have been posted in the Armory Class 3 sections. Correct E-Forms can only be used to file Form 1's using LLC, Trust or other entity... The most recent Form 1 is not editable with the Adobe Reader, you need Adobe Acrobat Pro version to be able to use the add text function to the form to fill it out. |
