Not sure how it works in PA, but here in MD, points do not transfer from other states. Your best bet would be to call your local Motor Vehicles and ask them.
www.dmv.state.pa.us/pdotforms/fact_sheets/fs-dlc.pdf Actually, it appears PA is the same as Maryland. Because they are members of the DLC, the points do not transfer. It could still show up if you don't pay the ticket (or fight it), but you won't get the points. |
