I am currently off duty due to a back issue that occurred at work. The MRI shows 2 bulging disks. The bad thing is it happens before several years ago and was fixed with surgery. I was given a 5% disability and returned to work with no restrictions.
I was informed that my case has been turned over to a nurse case manager, presumably because they think the injury is old and want to get out from under it.
Should I lawyer up or let the nurse case manager do her thing?

Workers' compensation laws vary from state to state.  It is also a specialty practice.  Any advice you get here should only be from an Arizona attorney who does workers' compensation law.
