Hello,

I've been planning on a SBR + Silencer Build, but I'm being held up by 2 issues with getting a trust. 1)  I want my father to be a trustee, he lives in Texas and I live in new mexico.  2) I'd like to move to Colorado.  As it is I'm reluctant to start a trust and get the forms filed for tax stamps because I'm sure my address will be changing during that time period.  I'm wondering if it is possible to use my parents address in Texas for building the SBR and buying the silencer (since my dad will be a trustee) while I'm sorting my living situation, or if I should just wait.  Also if a trust I set up (let's say the NFA trust offered by silencershop) is valid in both states, with the engraving on the lower receiver saying San Antonio Texas, or if I should just have myself on the trust only and not deal with multi state issues.

Thanks
