I am a FFL in the Central Florida area... I have been an FFL for a little over a year now. Anyone know the legalities of raffling a firearm off as a fund raiser prize? Other than following ATF/NFA rules for transfer... is there anything else I should know or do?

Are you doing the raffle or is an organization doing it?

If you're doing the raffle, you just do the 4473 like normal.
If a 3rd party is doing it, they can always present the winner with a voucher/certificate which they then bring to you and you do the 4473 like normal.  This way the gun is always at your shop.
