I'm not licensed in TN, but having handled many relocation cases (on both sides), if this involves your wife planning to relocate a child without your permission, speak to a lawyer immediately and see if you can file a petition seeking an order preventing the relocation. Or, if the child has already moved, seek an order requiring that the child be returned.

NY has extremely strong protections against children being relocated against one parent's wishes, but I don't know if TN does as well.
