For our Spanish population, I believe the question would be "Quien es culpable?"

Ok, here it is.  Which state is the biggest source of Socialist Troublemakers, AKA liberal politicians?

California gets plenty of points (Feinstein, Boxer, Gray(out) Davis, etc.).

But maybe Arkansas is worse? Maybe one big liberal is worse than a couple of small liberals. Or Taxachusetts?

OK, let me have it. (Your answers, not bullets.)

My official pick-of-the-months is:
The board of Enron.
All officers of Enron.
The outside and independent(choking, wretching sounds) audit firm of Arthur Anderson.
Enron's Investment Bankers.
Enron's primary market makers.
The Securities and Exhange commission.

(Individually, collectively and severally as well as the whole damn bunch.)

As always, go to the source.

If you want to assign blame for creeping socialism, look at the states with high concentrations of universities and colleges. And surprise, MA and CA lead the way. They create communities enamored with stupid, rehashed marxism - and set the tone of politics by indoctrinating legions of future socialist voters, and training the future media elites.

Fortunately, the full-throttle idiocy of academic relativism might destroy the value of a college education a little prematurely. This is simply beacuse faculties are quickly devolving into sideshow galleries of academic carnival freaks. Capitalist economies usually select against much of this useless 'knowledge,' and as the economy remains capitalist, it serves as a firewall - for now. Without an economic advantage to a modern college education, fewer people will bother to go. That means fewer socialists. Less grist for the mill, so to speak. This is why socialists must also control the economy fully - they'll never win with the universities alone.

So always vote for the free-market guy, at a bare minimum. Even if you're a die-hard unioner. Otherwise the single greatest feedabck mechanism for bad ideas will go away, and then we're all screwed, and hard.

And in the meantime, don't, I repeat, don't let your children major in the humanities.

California and Massachusettes? Liberal? Full of college-type weenies?  Hell, yeah!

Is it any wonder that during most violent revolutions of the 20th Century, members of the so-called 'Intelligentsia' were the first to go 'To The Wall'!

They gotta lot to be blamed for, I'd imagine!

That is easy. The civilians are always the ones at fault.

lets stop blaming every one for their faults and take responcability for them... yes some of the fault is mine... and some is yours... lets stop whining and fix it!

How far back do you want to go?
California also gave us Ronald Reagan!

All the socialists in California, Arkansas, Mass., and NY have yet to counter the revolution that he started in the 80's.
