Here is a pic a took outside our back door in South Dakota. We get sunrises like this all the time and it never fails to impress me.

What kind of camera did you get FMJunkie?
My GF got me a Sony dcs-s85 with 4.1 megapixels for Christmas and I can't stop taking pictures! |

Wow. Gorgeous. So that's what it looks like from the other side. I always thought it had to be quite similar to a sunset, but now I know.

Thanks guys...it is one of my favorite pics. I'm at about 3000 feet elevation (your closer to the clouds) and I take alot of weird, very nice photos right out the back door. Cloud formations, tornado pics with the base sirens going off, thunderstorms with 4-6 lightning trees you can see at a time. I've lived in many places (including a forced stay in Kali ugh) but I've never seen skies like here, anywhere.
