My wife, Linda, has her own Bushy CAR-15 that she bought before we were even married. She also claims my Colt CAR-15 as it is an old one with the light bbl. contour and therefore lighter up front. Her "car gun"--CCW not legal in the People's Paradise of Illinois under any circumstances--is a S & W Model 60-4. She learned on a Ruger Mark II, 5" bull bbl. Her "deer rifle" is a Remington model 700 BDL in .30-06 Spfld. topped with a Leupold 3.5-10X50 mm Vari-X III. She likes our State Arms Rebel .50 BMG too, but I'll be damned if I'll let her call it hers. LOL

My wife, sadly to say, is a better shot than I am when it comes to rifles. I'm better with a pistol, but she's working on that.
She's been very supportive of my gun habit and the Second Amendment since I bought my first pistol. She's relaxed a lot of the crap she had been fed by Oprah and the liberal media after she spent some quality time at the range. God Bless Texas |
