someone posted a couple of months ago a link to where you could buy the Fleece jackets some of the guys in Afghanistan are wearing. I can't find it anymore. Anyone have that link? Aviator

I don't have the link for you but those jackets look identical to the North Face Denali Fleece jacket without the white "The North Face" logo on front and rear shoulders. The denali jacket runs aprox. $160 and can be had from REI or other outdoor gear shops Hope this helps idaho-ar15

Nope, these were GREEN [:D] Actually someone had alink to the military ones. I am sure 1sgt would have my ass for wearing one unless I could show him a tag that had an NSN number on it. Aviator

Thanks for the link Tuukka. I just wanted to highly recommend the US GI issue Nomex CVC Balaclava. It saved my life on a 13k ft peak a couple of months ago.
