[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Can anybody hook me up

with a link to someplace that would have a diagram for wiring a three way switch?
I haven't done much wiring previously, and only one other three way. I just can't remember how to do it.

I recently did this, but the diagrams I found on the web were of no help, use the paperwork that came with the switches (if new) and/or check the markings on the switches. (either my switches were oddball or non-standard??)

Damned if I remember...it took me over half an hour of experimentation to work it out last time....

I will do some thinking on it again.....have to see if I have a spare on lying about somewhere.

Thank you gentlemens. That is just what I needed. I just started a new job and this is something I will have to do this coming week.
