I had asked this question at Colt board. No reply. Guess it was a wrong crowd. Here goes:

How good is Colt brand handle mounted 4X scope selling for $230.00 +? Any pro's and con's of this scope? Any alternatives(other compact handle mounted scopes?)

Any suggestions?

There is absolutely nothing wrong with using this forum.  It would have been better asked in the Optics forum, but so what?
