I do have one serious question though. if so many people are turned away as the clintonistas claim willl ashcroft start prosecuting these people? I mean it is a felony.

This is just a way to set a dangerous precedence. Later, they can say 'we used it against terrorists, so why not Americans'. Besides, if I recall correctly, even a legal alien cannot buy a gun in this country, so this is a completely empty gesture.

There is a line on the 4473 that asks for the ID number on the visa if you answer "no" to the US citizen question. |
