Here are my suggestions to solve the problems here: 1. Require all registered members to provide by U.S. mail the following information (all photocopies must be notarized): A. Proof of U.S. citizenship B. Proof of NRA membership C. Proof of Republican Party membership 2. Require that all registered members allow moderators random access to their computer systems. This would help identify and ban those with large collections of pornography. 3. Require that all posts be placed into escrow until which time a moderator tribunal approves it's public display. 4. Exemptions: Those with diplomatic immunity, active duty military, or current law enforcement. These are common sense and reasonable proposals to be used against those who hate and attack our freedom.

And we'll call it the AR15.com Patriot Act.

While it's certainly an excellant idea, we have a slight dilema in that 2 of the STAFF members are foreign. Oh nevermind... screw em! [:D]

Sounds reasonable. Do it for the children. If it only saves ONE ego.

Maybe we should have to provide proof that we actually own at least one AR15. That would weed out quite a bit of the riff-raff, too. [}:D]

The biggest users of Escrow are major network media outlets. I have gotten on some of their sites to post responses to Anti-Gun drivel and alot of times my posts don't make it past their tribunals.

Hey imbro. you fall under this one. Sorry, you only own a 10/22 and a 38. Good Bye. You are locked. HaHaHaHaHaHaHaHaHaHaHaHaHaHaHaHaHaHaHaHaHaHaHaHaHaHaHaHaHaHaHaHaHaHaHaHaHaHaHaHaHaHaHaHaHaHaHaHaHaHaHaHaHaHaHaHaHaHaHaHaHaHaHaHaHaHaHaHaHaHaHaHaHaHaHaHa.

We got to do away with these "high-capacity" posts. Who would ever need more than 10 words to flame somebody??? 10 word post limits - its the sensible thing to do.

Hmm. I motion that we amend this legislation by adding the following: "No Person shall be a member of AR15.com unless such person owns 1 AR or AR Variant per AK or AK Variant."
Link Posted: 12/6/2001 1:13:54 PM EDT
I propose that we form an AR15.com Congress. Such COngress shall be composed of three chambers. One shall represent the users, one the paying team members, and one the Staff. Requirements for membership shall be: 1) All members shall have at time of Election attained a post count of 1000. 2) All members must own at least one AR15. 3) No member shall own more AKs than ARs. Any member who falls out of compliance shall be Impeached. 4) No member shall at any time have agreed with or adhered to our enemies (HCI, etc...) 5) All members shall be current NRA dues paying members. 6) No member shall be at this time or within the past 10 years have been a member of the Democratic Party. The three chambers will vote on an issue and a majority vote of all chambers with each chamber being given equal defference shall carry. Except for matters of impeachment when a 2/3 majority in all houses shall be required to convict and/or expel a member.

Since Mr. Anan will help me out, I will be subject to the exemptions in #4.

Do we get a "refund" if the escrow act. gets too large?
Link Posted: 12/6/2001 4:05:03 PM EDT
Reread what I wrote. I simply said if you have 20 AK Variants then you must also have 20 AR-15s. This is because people who own dozens of AKs and 1 AR-15 tend to stir up AR vs. AK Debates. Even worse are those who don't own ARs. Personally, I sold my Crappy AK Variant and a few other guns to buy me an AR-15.

1A - yep 1B - yep 1C - Nope, I'm Independant. 2 - nope, not unless I get into their machine. 3 - sure, long as it takes no more than 24 hours 4 - diplomatic immunity is for NON-CITIZENS. not all members of Military are U.S. Citizens either, and those both violate your rule 1A. No_Expert

Well that is why #4 is called exemptions, none of the above would apply to them. Any and all disputes will have to be taken before the moderator tribunal.
