Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Looking for FBI statistics on CCW

I'm looking for the FBI stats on the decrease in crime rates in the states that have introduced CCW laws.  I need to cite some credible stats.  Please point me in the right direction.

If you haven't already, try the NRA or the JFPFO sites. They should have the information.

Maud_Dib's probably looking for info from a "neutral" source.  If I were antigun, I'd probably view statistics from the NRA just like us progunners view info from HCI.

I read a report not too long ago from the FBI that said crime rates went down after CCW bills were passed.  I'm trying to find it.  

And yes, I need it from a neutral possition.
