Heard on a radio commercial a little while ago that the local news is airing a special on "When/When not to shoot an intruder".  Seems they are gonna do an hour long special about when it is legal to shoot someone who breaks into your home.  Seems pretty pro-gun to me.

Attacker or potential attacker with any kind of weapon-- 20 feet.

Intruder in my home-- dead at any distance.

Why does it take an hour to say this.

Not sure, I guess they want to go over different shoot/no shoot scenarios.  Anyone who breaks into my house is gonna be missing the center portion of their chest if I'm at home.  That 870 Super with 3.5" 00 Buck, don't play around.
