Filing fees? I hope he has checked [I]all [/I] his options. In Texas you can get on the ballot for the small fee of 500 [B]signatures [/B]. Better to spend what little money he has on advertising and the costs of running for office rather than just filing. Just something to think about.

I agree. I think Michigan has something similar. To get on the ballot, you need either 250 signatures or $100 bux. I think this guy should see if he can get the signatures first and save the hard to come by cash for the campaign.
