I am absolutely addicted. Must have 2-3 times a week, or I go into withdrawl. Had about 12-15 for lunch today, with Ranch dressing (Hold the Bleu cheese). Fried dill pickles and cheese sticks go great with em. Anybody got any good recipies? Battered on not battered? Mild, medium, or paint remover? Who has the BEST wings?  [flame]

I live 10 miles from Buffalo and have tasted many great wing sauces.  Try this recipe, add to suite your taste:
1/4 Durkee Red Hot Sauce,
1/4 Red wine,
1/4 Ketchup,
1/4 Whirl liquid butter.

Some place in Florida has 911 wings. These are sooooo damn hot. Many people can only eat 2 or 3, other can not even place them on their lips.

I usually eat around 20 at a sitting than have to make sure I don't have any plans the following days because I need to make sure to be near the bowl as these have one hell of an after effect.

... My favorite

Roasted Chicken Supreme

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

6-7 lb. chicken

1 cup melted butter

1 cup stuffing

1 cup uncooked popcorn salt and pepper to taste...

1.) Brush chicken well with melted butter, salt and pepper.

2.) Fill cavity with stuffing and popcorn.

3.) Place in baking pan in oven.

4.) Listen for popping sounds.

5.) When chicken's ass blows out the oven door and flies across the room, chicken is done.

Some comedian, I don't remember who, said something like.

"...and there I was on the couch the next day with a popsicle in my ass and saying 'Oh baby'"

they may have invented them, but I prefer the wings at Duffs on sheridan drive [:)]

when I make wings I bake them for about an hour at around 400 degrees

frank's red hot sauce or Nancy's hot chicken wing sauce, some vinegar and either ranch or blue cheese dressing. mix that up and totally cover the wings then bake
about 70%-30% hotsauce to dressing

know of any places around buffalo that have good wing deals, like when I was a kid and 10-15 cent wings was a once a week special at many bars?

Edited to add:

Place near here in Mount Joy called Mosby's Pub has THE best wings!

I make mine out on the grill.  Get them good and done on the grill, then bring them in, soak them in the sauce and keep them warm in the oven till their all done.  Great this way and no deep fry mess.

I think I might make some this weekend.
