Yeha, what's with the half hour thing?  We should bomb them just for that!

Maybe its just the fact they still use the sun to tell time there... Maybe tommorrow they'll be 30 mins the other way...

A nation can set it's time zone(s) however it pleases........and apparently Afghanistan has no "legally" adopted standard time.
