I do. Here's what I use: 3 - Louis Rich "Southwestern" style chicken packages, prechopped 1 - Green Pepper 1 - Red Pepper, chopped/canned Extra Virgin Olive Oil Large soft-flour Tortilla shells. Throw ingredients into skillet. Cover and simmer for about 10-15 minutes. Serves 8. Garnish with: Grated Pepperjack Cheese Mild Pace brand Salsa Mayfield Light Sour Cream Fresh chopped tomatoes Off to the store to get some ingredients. Went out to dinner with some of my family to either Chevys or Chiles(can't remember) and had the Buffalo Fajitas. Now that was some damn good meat. Alex
