I have one of the Olympia .45 uppers that I've shot a lot. Fairly accurate, fun, reliable with ball. I do get a few failures to feed with my handloads, but they're intended for 1911's, and it may well be the loads fault.

I had a 45 camp carbine by Marlin a few years back, but it wasn't sturdy or accurate enough for me. Marlin can also take their "MicroGroove" rifling and trash it.
I'm having Kurt Wala make my AR45 carbine, but it's still a prototype, and has a few wrinkles to iron out. During a test fire back in July, I was able to hit a can at the backstop from near the bench at his backyard range. Without sights. After the bugs are worked out (firing pin retaining pin breakage and feed ramp) it'll be good to go.
