I was at a show today and found a beautiful complete pre-ban Bushy upper for a great price.

Now, I have been looking for a good lower but have yet to find 'my' deal.  Are there legality issues on owning this upper (flash hider and bayo-lug, etc) without a compatible lower?

Further, what about gathering pre-ban parts so I am good to go when I get my lower.

I hope that my long-ish presence on this board negates the troll aspect.

Just in case[:K]

There should be no problems with owning the parts or upper that is pre-ban just don't have a spar lower sitting around. You could post this in the Legal Section.[uzi]
