Unless it could be proven that this SKS was imported before 1990 (possible, but unlikely), then this SKS is in illegal configuration under the 1989 Import Ban.
I can't tell if the girl is in legal configuration or not. I'd need to see some documentation. -Troy |

I'd take the gun. The girl has her finger on the trigger. It shows a lack of discipline and fire control. If her boyfriend is telling her what to do in the photo, the he is a doofus or she just won't listen. Either way, I'll pass on the girl.
