Hey guys,
I have a buyer interested in my 10/22. Problem is, he lives in france. Is there a way to ship it overseas? What are the procedures, if I can even do it? This is the first gun I have sold, so I have no clue.. Thanks in advance.

Contact a FFL/gun store that can handle shipping firearms to foriegn countries. There is a lot of U.S. State Dept paper work that must be filled out. My buddy shipped a Colt 1911 from King's Gun Works, Glendale, Calif to France a few years ago. No problems.

A 10/22? Is it a space gun?

My guess is that shipping/insurance would be close to $50 bucks! That's what I paid on a $500 motorcycle helmet from England.

Why doesnt the buyer just buy one there? Dont sell Rugers overseas?

Find someone in the US - its much easier.

Actually the guy is from France.. I dunno Why he wants it so bad, Its only a 10/22 With a Pistol Grip Stock, and a BSA red dot.. WHo knows? I think I'll just find someone in this hemishpere. Thanks!
