Quite frankly I am SICK of him. I know that he is a war hero but I think he is using it for his political gain. He is a wannabe, and he thinks that his "campaign finance reform" agenda is going to take him to the top. Couldn't be anything further from the truth, I wouldn't vote for him if he were running for dogcatcher of Mayberry.

Are they gonna kiss???  McCain is a sell out that can't get over the fact that he lost.  Why is he even a Republican, because he doesn't support their platform.

In the November elections, Senator McCain
lobbied for the anti - gun, gun show bill,
which managed to pass, thanks to Portland &
Eugene. (Oregon)  He might be a veteran, but
he is no friend of ours.  John

You may want to put on your tin foil hats here.

I'm pretty sure McCain used to be a democrat, and then switched to the Republican party.  But, personally I don't (and never have) seen anything Republican about him.  He has always been on the democratic sides of most issues.

I really believe he was in on the democratic conspiracy to upset GW Bush in the primaries. You know, when all those states allowed people to re-register to vote in the primaaries.  The democrats, especially in michigan, had organized means of taking tons of their supporters to register (temporarily as republicans) to try to get McCain in over bush.

This leads McCain to be one of two things.  1) a wolf in sheeps clothing where he knew his support was a bunch of democratic types.  Or 2) the biggest freakin' moron on the planet, if he actually believed all these people supported him.

I am considering a very lucrative job offer in Pheonix, and having him as a senator really irks me.  But I don't have much better representation here in Indy either with turncoat Even Bayh (he said he would take Hoosier values to washington, then immediately took the national democratic stance on everything) and the socialist Carson as my rep.  Oh well nothing is perfect.  But my overall opinion of McCain is that he is wolf in sheeps clothing at best.[puke][puke]

It looks like they'll be swapping spit in the shower soon. I'm hoping Azizona voters will get rid of this guy (if they have an alternative, of course).

It is clear that the only party the Senator is loyal to is the McCain Party.  He is about John McCain, not Republican not Democrat (or any other party).   FWIW: In addition, while I recognize he endured some tough times, I am sick of his playing the "war hero" card at every opportunity.  It think he has the "little emperor" syndrom.

DaMan, it hasn't been that long ago that you and I were trying to tell everyone here in Colorado what a POS McStain was (prop 22).

The writing was on the wall that as soon as Oregon and Colorado fell to his antigun scheme, he would go for the rest of the country.

Didn't take him long.
