My Country 'tis of Thee and God Save the Queen ate the ones that you're thinking about, methinks. Though, if they played the Star Spangled Banner, my hats off to them. I didn't see it, so I wouldn't know.

I think we posted at the same time. I saw it as well. The wife and I stood and shed a few tears as we watched them play, sing and cry. It's the first I've heard the Star Spangled Banner since the attack. I've always found it hard to hold back the tears whenever I sing that song. I'm not sure I'll be able to from now on.

I also saw that on the news as well. Lets not forget that there were British companies in WTC and likely a lot of British citizens perished as well.

I saw it and it WAS our national anthem. There wasn't a dry eye in the crowd, nor was there in my house. I was deeply moved.
