2nd plane now, Fox news has it on film crashing in. Looked like a 737 in the brief view I saw.
Terrorism like this makes me glad I don't live in a major city, now lets find who is responsible and start kicking some ass. |

i'm guessing that was muslims, the second attempt on the symbol of capitalism, make that second and third. they wouldn't hit the UN building, because their are arab consulates in the area. we are supporting israel in the war, uprising, whatever. my guess is foreigners.

Man, that explosion (2nd Airplane) was cool. The tops of the towers look eerily similar to what I saw on the morning when I turned on the news and heard about OKC. A witness said the first plane actually changed course to hit the building. The FEDS now say it was definitely an act of terrorism.

Exactly. I saw the second plane go in. This is not the time for panic or jumping to conclusions, or flip comments. Though this fits the MO of our buddy Osama bin Laden, there are many possibilities.
We CANNOT be wrong when we exact retribution for this. But when we do, I think this is an appropriate case for a declared war. No police action, no half measures. If it was Saddam, then no stopping at the Tigris. We have to be ABSOLUTELY sure, but when we are, the wrath of a quarter billion people will be unleashed. Semper Fi! Ken Little |

They just sent fighters! All airports have closed, there is a NO-Fly zone over Manhatten and now they just had a false alarm of another aircraft approaching the island which turned out to be Air Force fighters. Per ABC news. This is a REAL no fly Zone.

Wow.
This is aweful. There are no bright points, but luckly it wasn't later in the day, when more people were in the building. All the people in the top portions of the buildings, above the fire, are probably stuck and have no way of getting out. |
