AK-47 rounds? Why not 7.62x39mm rounds (shell casing's). How did they know the rounds were fired from an AK-47, of which, when I hear that designation used, I only think of the CHICOM AK-47's that we captured in VN. They were of course "Select Fire". Does this mean he actually had a "Select Fire" AK-47? or maybe a Mini-30, or perhaps an SKS or hell it may have been a Colt AR-15. There is a pretty long list of guns that will shoot the fore-mentioned "Short Soviet Round". Shotgun rounds? Why not the gauge? 9mm rounds? A little bit better. At least they didn't try to put a name on the weapon. How many different weapons shoot the 9mm. Anyway, I guess the "Media" has never been accurate in much of anything that they report. It's mainly to get the "Spin" started.

9mm rounds? Don't they mean MP5, Tec-9, UZI, or MAC 10 rounds? WTF? Are they stoooopid or sumthang? Shotgun rounds? You sure it wasn't street sweeper rounds?

You are forgetting that AK47, shotgun, and 9mm are all media hype words that all the soccer mommies know. They wouldn't understand anything else.

UPDATE: NBC network teleprompter reader and self appointed firearms expert Tom Brokaw, after seeing the spent shell casings, has determined that the weapons used were a Russian RPK with 75 round drum, Pancor 12ga fully automatic shotgun with 12 round drum magazine, and 9mm Uzi submachinegun with 32 round magazine.

As long as it STAYS in the PRK! Then we can keep reminiding them that shit like that doesnt happen in civilized states like AZ.

Come on PRK, thought that was the safest state to live out of the Union.
