I had 4 or 5 of the Tec-22s through the years, my opinion, they seem to choke a lot, had one very accurate one , one ok, two sucked. And they love to rust. I used the 10 round rotary mag as the standard for reliability. Eagle 30 worked the best for me. Butler creek 25s (as much as I like them) in a 10/22 are fine, didnt work well in the tec. Holding up the two, it seems the Eagle has an added ejector on the left side. I guess its why it is more reliable. Love the concept of the gun itself, if it was as reliable as a 10/22, I'd still have one.
