Ah yes, once again, Kaliburz is asking for suggestions.

My beloved(???) Netzero has once again changed the rules.  NO more free 40 hours.....it's been lowered to 10!!!!  Dang it.  Plus, my 'local' dial up number is being changed.......(removed).

Does any one have suggestions for 'national' ISPs?  Free or paid (under 11.00)?????

I've used American Express ISP (till they went to pay), Blue Light (K-Mart), Costco, and so on.  I'd keep Netzero and just pay the 9.95 but they're changing the dial up numbers for my area.....and I'm not sure if they'll have a 'local' number.

Last I checked, the AT&T ISP didn't have a local number (and I didn't want to pay for the toll free thing......)

Suggestions, comments.........

Net Zero platinum SUCKS! Their "unlimited access" has a two hour "time out" that pops up at the WORST times! I complained and they told me too bad! Its still unlimited you just have to sign on again every two hours. I filed a formal complaint with the FTC and its in the files waiting for more folks to bitch before they take action.

Does anyone know any info or use this ISP:

They list the price for $8.99, but has anyone used them?  If so.....is it good.  Also, anyone have any info on what to look for in their legal info page???
