Ban all alcoholic beverages Due to the overwhelming use of alcoholic beverages in crimes and huge number of deaths and injuries attributed to it, the ATF on placing more stringent rules and regulations governing it. 1. We should require a all purchasers to pass a NICS background check. 2. People would be required to register all their alcoholic beverages 3. All containers that hold more than 6 beers would be banned. 4. Hard liquor would require a Class III license. 5. MIP would require a visit to the parent’s house for illegal content and seizure. 6. CCW license would be require for transportation to and from ranges. 7. Conversions of beverages would require a Class II manufacture permit. 8. Any alterations of the original configuration of the beverage would require ATF approval. 9. etc. Nice humor created by me @ 3:45 am CST before work. Please add to this thread.

Your ban will never work. I have a stockpile of "Bailey's Irish Cream".

Go ahead and ban it! I've got a bunch of soon to be pre ban Bud, Mike's and some good hard core stuff as well. It could finance my retirement. [:)]

Just FYI...in the wonderful state of Georgia (and a few other I am given to understand)please note the following: 2. People would be required to register all their alcoholic beverages This is now the case for kegged beer in GA...you must sign the keg out and must specify where and on what dates the beer will be consumed. Loss of the registration sticker on the keg may result in fines. 3. All containers that hold more than 6 beers would be banned. Sorta true by default per registration noted above. 5. MIP would require a visit to the parent’s house for illegal content and seizure. My local vendor said he was told that in some states the kegs must be escorted to the place of use by the police...allegedly to check for underage drinking etc. Letters to my local representatives will be forthcoming. Talk about feel-good legislation...this all came about because of the 'bing-drinking' scares from college campuses...sure, sure, they can be raped and murdered...but no beer for you!
