Bought three of their 20 round AR10 mags for $70/ea.  Turns out they don't work and they're fake.

I try to return them and they won't take them back.

Be careful!

Please explain what you mean by "fake". What was the reason they gave for refusing the return?

I would be very disappointed in CDNN if they didn't resolve this to your satisfaction.

Personally, they have always been a pleasure to deal with.

Details, details! We need details! I trust CDNN with my, shall we say, 'jewels.'  It would be utterly shocking for me to find out they were not standing behind what they sold!

C'mon, I want names of who you've been dealing with!

Go to the ArmaLite page armalite.com and click on FAKE AR10 MAGAZINE ALERT.  This page should give you all the information that you require.

I have bought stuff from CDNN before.  I once wanted to return a scope.  I email them, and they told me to get it back to them within 30 days and they would credit my CC 100%.  I  never did return it, instead traded it to a buddy for something that I needed.

I have always been treated fairly by CDNN.

Damn, I am glad I didn't order any of those mags back when they were advertising them.  When I read on the Armalite page about the fake mags, I thought maybe the mags CDNN had so cheap might be fake.

CDNN has been great for several guns, and various accessories. Sorry to hear of your experience.

FORREST, long time advertiser in Shotgun News, nicked me on Colt mags. They had used 30rd'ers, and new ones for more $. Called, and ordered several new ones at the higher price. What I got wasn't new. Called them, and was told, "They were charged, but never fired."

They can go to hell.

I have dealt with them and have had no problems but with what I bought I would not expect it.

the ad does not say factory mags and sometimes we wish something to be what it is not.
my surprise is if they did not function they should honor your return and either replace them or refund your money.
I have read the armalite warning on these mags and you more or less got duped and I'am pretty sure they are duing this to alot of folks on this mags.
ask for the manf. so you may return them to the manf. since these are not surplus.
before I commit myself to not dealing with them again you need to ask if them if they are factory mags and do they honor a return if no good and if they have read the armalite warning on these mags. do not tell them who you are and then come back and give us what they said.

if they out and out lie to you I will stop doing any bussiness with them and so should anyone else if they are duping us buyers by selling a product that they should know by now will not work.

get back to us and I will call them and have them remove my name from their mailing list. thank you jon

Glad to see a rep of CDNN post here.

I have spent insane amounts of money with them, each time with 100% satasfaction... An example was some UZI mags. I ordered them thinking them to be aftermarket mags, due to the insanely low price... When I opened the package, and saw 2 brand new IMI Factory 25 Rounders still in the  original IMI packaging, I was pleasently SHOCKED!

There isn't another gun products retailer that I can say that about, other than Brownells...

They are A+ ...

Recently bought two P226 SIG factory hi-caps from CDNN which they advertised as "used but excellent". Got the mags and there is not a mark on them. Could easily have been sold as "new". I always check CDNN first when I need mags for anything but AK's. They also sold me factory mags for my Steyr M40 for 23.99 each.

I have done a lot of business with CDNN.  I bought my first HK P7m13 from them.  They have good prices and are good about service.  The salesmen are also under heavy pressure to sell. I bought a MT6731 from them and they gave me a lot of BS about Colts prices about to go up and that it would be a collectors gun, as you know it went the other way.  I was going to buy one to shoot anyway and the price was right so I bought it.  You need to know your stuff and not hear their sales pitch.

I'am very please that they have offered to talk to you. I will continue to buy from them untill I hear from some one that they did not do right. but I was kinda surprised to see you post as that was the first time in many years that I heard something neg.
sometimes a standard policy gets in the way of whats right and you need to talk to the right person. good luck.

111040, If you are CDNN, why not just use CDNN as your user name?  It would make you a lot easier to find.

Keep the good deals coming.

Is CDNN an advertiser on this website? I think I know why 111040 didn't post simply as 'CDNN.'

Could be some kinda' trademark thing, too?

CDNN, for all but one order, has been great and everything was delivered quickly and was as advertised (or better!).

The only snafu was a SIG P226 represented as in "excellent" condition but upon arrival was pretty badly dinged up (looks like someone dropped it on concrete, among other things) and the handgun frequently misfires with all ammo (even factory).  However, this was a gift in disguise as I now use the 226 for a training tool -- as every third round or so misfires I can tell if I'm flinching under "live fire" conditions.  It's better than snap caps!  :)
