Ok see if you can figure this one out.

The bullet

The headstamp has:
At 12:00- 50
At 9:00 - R
At 3:00 - D
At 6:00 - 56

Question is, where and who manufactured it. What kind of bullet is it?

Can you put a ruler next to it so we can see its length?  Or are you asking rather than quizzing?

No, you can't use it in your 10/22 or .38.

Sounds like its made in the Dommican Republic, and might be API. Hope this helps you out, or directs you in the right direction.
