Is there any stress placed on the internals if I leave my bolt locked back for storage?

You will weaken your buffer spring. The best way to store your rifle is: Locked,Hammer Down.

Springs wear or weaken with the number of cycles on them, not with the length of time they are left in any state, compressed or otherwise.  Leaving your bolt back won't hurt anything, especially the recoil spring.  Leaving your hammer cocked won't wear the spring.  Leaving your mags loaded won't make the mag springs "take a set".  Old wive's tales.
