I finally finished my SAR so I wanted to post some pics.  I redid the SAR2 with Brownell's GunKote, I added the bigger grip for large hands, I added the rubber butt stock extender, a RPK rear sight with windage adjustments, an AA-OK AK74 muzzle break, and I refinished the whole thing in Black to make it an evil black rifle.

The AR is a preban Colt lower with a Bushmaster 24" vmatch upper that has free float handguards and is fluted in front of and under the hand guards.  I also installed a telestock and Simmons 3-9 scope.  This thing is blast to shoot and very accurate.  I had never seen a varmit AR with a telestock but I really like how it looks and it makes the gun very manageable even with the 24" barrel.
