Yup, I'd say the system is working as designed. They are trying to weed out all those who might rebel by pushing us just as hard as they can. When someone acts up, they can then go deal with that person directly. Everything is just an isolated incident that way. When it's over, there will be nothing but sheep left.

I consider the IRS modern day Robin Hoods. They steal from the er... workers, and give to the ... uh... those who don't.
